Because parts of "Speedcore Symphonia" were recorded with real orchestra, and melodies that you will hear in these songs are played on real instruments, not synths from PC.
It cost SFOB a lot of hard work, time and money. But I must say it was really excellent idea and SFOB deserves big respect for that.
